At Infusée, we strive to deliver our premium tea blends and accessories to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find the details of our shipping procedures.
We currently ship to customers in Italy, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. If you are ordering from a location not listed at checkout, please contact us at boscoluc@infusee.it for a custom quote.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
Note: During high-volume sale periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Italy: Free Shipping on orders over €50. For orders under €50, a flat rate of €5.90 applies. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.
Europe: Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Rates are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.
International (USA/UK): Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days. Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you are located near Ceranova (PV), you may choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours at our location: Via A. Toscanini 42, 27010 Ceranova PV, Italy.
Infusée is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at boscoluc@infusee.it to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
